Brandon Riches is the newest member of the Rushing & Guice family. As an associate with the firm, Brandon will focus on general litigation, commercial law, banking law, and real estate transactions. Before coming to the firm, Riches clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice William L. Waller of the Mississippi Supreme Court.
Riches grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana and near Nashville, Tennessee before attending Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. While at BYU, Brandon earned his Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Political Science in 2013. He then received his Juris Doctorate from the University Of Mississippi School Of Law in 2016. While in law school Riches received a certificate with honors in Business Law and served as a senior member of the editorial staff of the Mississippi Law Journal.
American Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar Association, the Capitol Area Bar Association, and the Jackson Young Lawyers Association.
Riches is admitted to the Mississippi Bar.
